Bayshore Boulevard Closure Due to Water Main Break
Please be advised there is a water main break under repair at Bayshore Boulevard and Lee Street across from Weaver Park. From the north take Wilson to MLK to Skinner. The contractor hopes to have the water main restored and the road open by Monday, August 19. Please avoid the area if possible as there will be traffic delays.

Water Wellness Classes
will now be offering Water Wellness classes on Saturdays only from Aug. 17-Sept. 28 at 9-10 a.m. The exercise has low to zero impact on the body and helps to tone muscles, increase joint range of motion, reduce pain and stiffness, and provide a great cardio workout. The cost is $4 per person per day.

Dunedin Public Library Ballot Drop-Off
The Dunedin Public Library is an official ballot drop off location for the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections. August 10 -17 - 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. ONLY. No drop off on Sunday, August 11 or August 18. Please place your ballot in the official ballot box inside the Library. Do not put in book drops or hand to library staff.

Stormwater Utility Rate Increases Effective as of October 1st
Managing stormwater has become increasingly more complex with sea level rise, aging infrastructure, and increasing project costs. Balancing needs with available funding has been challenging. It has been ten (10) years since the last stormwater utility rate study was completed in 2014; prior to that, a rate study was conducted in 2010.

Road Closure at Cottonwood Terrace
Please be advised of a full road closure scheduled for Thursday, August 15, lasting approximately four weeks at Cottonwood Terrace.
The intersection at Solon Ave will stay open and no driveways will be affected. This closure is due to the Lift Station Replacement project.

City Commission Will Consider Dunedin Master Plan Recommendations on August 21
The Marina Master Plan will be discussed and considered for approval by the City Commission at a Special Meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 6 p.m. at City Hall. The meeting is open to the public.

EV Charger Upgrade Coming Soon!
Heads up! The Dunedin Public Library’s EV charger will be offline starting August 16 for an upgrade. The new setup will feature two fast chargers, with one being ADA-compliant.
Other chargers in the area remain open. Duke Energy will set the fees when the upgrade is done by mid-October.
