Your City at Work with the General Manager of Golf Operations
Blair Kline, General Manager of Golf Operations for Dunedin Golf Club, provided an update on the ongoing restoration of the course and clubhouse. Dunedin Golf Club, established in 1927 and designed by renowned golf course architect Donald Ross, has a rich history. It served as the home of the PGA from 1945 to 1962 and continues to host significant events like the Senior PGA Championships. With nearly a century of history, the club embarked on a restoration project to return the course to Donald Ross's original design concepts. Funding from a historic grant, American Rescue Plan funds, and a loan facilitated this initiative by the City of Dunedin.

Know Your Form of Government
The City of Dunedin operates under a non-partisan commission-manager form of government, a structure that combines the leadership of elected officials with the managerial expertise of an appointed city manager who is the chief executive officer (CEO) overseeing all City departments and the annual budget. This system is designed to promote effective, transparent, and accountable governance, ensuring that the City operates efficiently and addresses the needs and aspirations of its community.
