Dunedin Summer Camp Registration opens Wednesday, March 6
Camp Dunedin offers full-day and half-day camps for ages 4-17. Camps include Pre-K Camp, Kids Camp, Tweens & Teens Camp, as well as a variety of Specialty Camps.
Browse the Camp Dunedin Magazine for a full list of summer camps, registration information, and scholarships available. You may also pick up a physical copy from any city facility including our Recreation Facilities, Library, and City Hall.

Looking for a summer job? Join our amazing team! The Dunedin Parks & Recreation Department is currently hiring Recreation Leaders to work during our summer camps held from June to August.
This opportunity is perfect for high school and college students, as well as teachers, or anyone seeking temporary summer employment. We are searching for applicants who can assume a leadership role, are enthusiastic, enjoy working with children and teens, and creating a fun camp environment for everyone.
The starting pay is $15 per hour and applicants must be 18 years or older.

Our Teen Leadership Program is for teens who are age 13 as of January 1, 2024 through age 16 as of August 9, 2024.
Teens will work alongside our Camp Leaders at various summer camp programs and gain a hands-on experience in leadership training, team building, communication skills, and preparing for the workforce. This is also a great opportunity for teens to work with young children, help lead and participate in camp games and activities, and also earn community service hours for scholarships/clubs.

Join us for fitness and fun! This event gives everyone an opportunity to try a lineup of group exercise classes that are offered at the Dunedin Community Center. Vendors promoting healthy living, with healthy food options available. Prizes and giveaways offered throughout the event. Bring water and an exercise/yoga mat. This event is presented by Dunedin Parks & Recreation.

Nominations are now open for the 2024 Senior Hall of Fame and will be accepted until April 5th. If you know someone who is 75 years or older, has lived in Dunedin for 10 or more years, and has made a significant impact and contributions to the Dunedin community through volunteer work, leadership roles, or involvement in community activities, you can nominate them for the 2024 Senior Hall of Fame.

Help plan the future of the Dunedin Marina!
The City of Dunedin is developing a Master Plan for the Dunedin Marina and associated public facilities including the boat ramp, boardwalk, pier, and other amenities. The objective is to determine the future needs of the Marina and to guide decisions on upcoming capital improvement projects. The study will also assist in ensuring facilities are appropriately situated, sustainable, and resilient. Please note this study does not include Marina policies or fees.

Mark your calendar! The Kiwanis Sprayground reopens for the season on Saturday, March 9 at 9:00 am (weather permitting).
Hours of operation vary by day. Please visit the Sprayground webpage for daily hours and admission requirements including swim diapers for children 3 years & younger and those who are not potty-trained.
