Commission Approves Master Plan for New Aquatic Complex
The Dunedin City Commission recently approved an innovative master plan for a new Aquatic Complex and the next steps to bring this new Aquatic Complex to the community. The Commission agreed to continue working with Orlando-based design/architects Borrelli + Partners to complete design, permitting and construction documents in the amount of $1,343,757.00. The scope of services also includes Green Globes certification so as to align with the City's DREAM Initiative and is anticipated to be a fourteen month project completed in April 2025.

Senior Awareness Fair
Join us on Friday, January 26, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Hale Senior Activity Center for an informative expo. Featuring over 50 local businesses and organizations, this event provides valuable resources for older adults, covering areas such as retirement living, healthcare, medical equipment, and more. Admission is free, and lunch will be provided. Raising awareness about the leading cause of death in America—heart disease—we are committed to promoting a heart-healthy lifestyle. This initiative is in line with the City’s environmental sustainability objectives and offers a means to minimize waste and consumption. Pinellas homeowners can get zero-interest loan for major repairs
Pinellas County seeks qualified applicants for the Home Repair Loan Program, offering up to $55,000 at zero interest for critical repairs. The Independent Living Grant has also increased to $20,000 for accessibility improvements. Eligible homeowners with incomes below $48,650 (individual) or $69,500 (family of four) can apply for both programs. Available in unincorporated Pinellas and most cities.

State of the City 2024
The 2024 event is hosted by the City of Dunedin and sponsored by the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce. Event will begin with networking from 5:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. with light refreshments and the State of the City held at 6 p.m. at the Dunedin City Hall located at 737 Louden Avenue, Dunedin.
