The Decommissioning Event marks the official retirement of the Old City Hall at 542 Main Street. It was built in 1964, initially as the Dunedin Library, and later became the Dunedin City Hall in the 1970s. We're holding an event to celebrate its legacy.
You can visit the building on August 16th from 5 to 7 p.m., and on August 17th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. to say goodbye. Leave a message using provided markers. The event on August 17th will start at 4 p.m. with the Commission members sharing comments, followed by public input.
