From May 21st to May 27th, we will be observing National Public Works Week, a time to honor and acknowledge the crucial role that public works plays in our community.

2023 Dunedin Business Survey
The City of Dunedin is conducting a Business Survey beginning in mid-May and ending in late June 2023. The survey closely duplicates the first business survey administered in 2020. Research Data Services, Inc. (RDS), an independent research firm, will conduct the survey. Responses and information provided in the survey will remain anonymous and confidential.

Multiplayer Gaming Night
Calling all tweens & teens, ages 9-14! Go head to head to be the best. Join us at the MLK, Jr. Recreation Center on Friday, May 19 at 7:30 pm to play “Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl” with your friends. Prizes and snacks are included. Future dates include: June 9 (Mario Party), July 14 (2K Tourney), and August 11 (Mario Cart). Each night features a snack such as chip trail mix, candy mix, pizza pockets, or boneless wing bites. $3 per person, per day. Drop in and pay at the door.

Do you or someone you know have a chorus background? The City of Dunedin Parks & Recreation Department is seeking a new Chorus Director for the Dunedin Community Chorus, a 70-member chorus. Historic Preservation Month in Dunedin
Dunedin, in conjunction with the Dunedin Historical Society, proclaimed Historic Preservation Week during the month of March in 2008, 2011, and 2013. For the first time since Dunedin became incorporated in 1899 and became a city in 1925, the Dunedin City Commission has proclaimed the month of May 2023 as Historic Preservation Month!

Virtual Author Book Discussion
Join us for a virtual visit and book discussion with Virginia Hartman, the author of "The Marsh Queen," at the Dunedin Public Library on Tuesday, May 23rd, at 7 PM. Virginia Hartman will be joining us virtually for this special event.

Apply for FY 2024 Social/Cultural Non-Profit Organizational Funding
The Dunedin City Commission will consider limited financial assistance for Social/Cultural Non-Profit Organizations in the City’s upcoming FY 2024 Budget. Priority will be given to Social/Cultural Non-Profit programs that benefit the community as a whole, and for which there is no other City of Dunedin funding source.
