City of Dunedin Appoints New Director of Public Works
City of Dunedin, Florida City Manager Jennifer K. Bramley has announced the appointment of a new Director of Public Works Sue Bartlett. Bartlett is a seasoned leader with operational, administrative, and system skills leading government agency organizations of more than 300 maintenance and operations staff. She has been engaged in environmental operations since 1986, serving both Volusia and Pinellas Counties.

Nature Club
Does your child LOVE the outdoors and nature? We invite your budding naturalist (ages 8-11) to join our Nature Club on Thursdays from 5-6 p.m. at MLK, Jr. Recreation Center with educator Lynette Wehner. Each week will include a different focus on nature. We will explore the outdoor area around the Nature Center, as well as perform experiments and have engaging discussions about how to help the earth. $60/month. Big Band Concert & Dance
Wednesday, March 1, 3 p.m. at Hale Senior Activity Center. Enjoy live music, solos and dance styles including swing, ballads, waltzes, polkas and Latin music. This 18-piece Big Band is led by Ed Geimer who had led the US Air Force Band and played in Broadway Shows for over 20 years. Individuals and couples welcomed! Come and enjoy the music of Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey and the 1940s. $5 at the door.

Road Closure - Arts & Craft Festival
This weekend expect traffic delays in Downtown Dunedin due to the Arts & Craft Festival happening Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Meet 150 of the nation’s most talented artists showcasing life-size sculptures, spectacular paintings, one-of-a-kind jewelry, photography and ceramics. Presented by American Craft Endeavors.

Backyard Birding
Join us on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Dunedin Public Library - Community Meeting Room with Dunedin resident and birding expert Jim McGinity. Florida Avian Conservation will host this presentation on birding in neighborhoods and preserves, focusing on the Dunedin area. Participants will also be encouraged to learn more about the Dunedin library birding backpack program. No sign-up is required.

Farmer Minor & Daisy the Pig
Join us on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 2 p.m. at the Dunedin Public Library – Community Meeting Room. Farmer Minor will be there with his pig pal Daisy! He'll share stories from around the farm and read a book or two. Some lucky kiddo might even get to kiss Daisy!
