Dunedin Spotlight: The See by Artist Heath Satow
The See by Artist Heath Satow is located at the new City Hall's main entrance. Satow’s “The See” represents his concept with a sleek contemporary interpretation of a water droplet, to remind viewers they are a part of something larger. A single drop alone can’t impact change, but enough drops together can be the catalyst for great change. The artist related this to many drops making an ocean much like many individuals come together to create a city.
