Everyday Clearwater!
Clearwater Parks & Recreation programs help Clearwater residents stay active, learn new skills and enjoy the community. As part of their physical education curriculum, 960 students from four Clearwater elementary schools received a combined 5,700 water-safety lessons from the city's aquatics team.
The city also invested in new playgrounds at Soule Road and Forest Run parks and supported volunteers who contributed approximately 7,000 volunteer hours and picked up 19,000 pounds of litter from public spaces.
These are everyday investments in Clearwater’s parks, recreation and quality of life.
