 Beach Sticker and Graffiti Removal
June 7, 7:30 to 10:30 a.m., Pier 60 Park
Volunteers are needed to help remove graffiti and stickers from electrical boxes, light poles, etc. on Clearwater Beach in an effort to keep our beach bright and beautiful.
This is a monthly project occurring the first Saturday of every month from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m., starting at Pier 60 Park (7 Causeway Blvd, Clearwater Beach).
 Active Assailant Training Exercise
June 3-5, 8:30-10:30 a.m. each day
The Clearwater Police Department and Clearwater Fire & Rescue teams will be conducting a joint active assailant exercise on June 3-5 at The BayCare Sound. Volunteers are needed as actors for these exercises. The city is looking for as many volunteers as possible to participate in this exercise to make the experience as real as possible for the officers and paramedics involved. Join us at 255 Drew St. in Clearwater.

June 14, 9 a.m. to noon, 400 Seminole St.
Join Keep Pinellas Beautiful on the second Saturday of each month for a rewarding morning of beautification and community improvement, as we work to maintain the gardens at the Clearwater Garden Club. Event is located at 405 Seminole St. in Clearwater.

The city partners with volunteer groups to help keep our city parks safe, clean and beautiful. Any community organization, group, family or individual that wants to make a difference in their community can participate in our Adopt-a-Park program.

Clearwater Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. picked up litter at Garden Avenue Park as part of their Adopt-a-Park program this month. This group picks up litter with style!

 Clearwater Marine Aquarium Cleaned Lake Belleview
|
Volunteers came out to Clearwater Marine Aquarium's monthly litter cleanup at Lake Belleview. Kevin and his friends brought kayaks to pick up the hard-to-reach litter within the lake. They picked up a total of 111 pounds of litter from in and around Lake Belleview this month!
Thank you for your efforts and hard work to keep Clearwater bright and beautiful.
