Billing Schedule
Utility bills are generated monthly based on your measured usage over the previous month. Your bill date depends on your location and when your meter is read; this date will remain around the same time of the month. However, the specific date may fluctuate. Utility bills are due three weeks after the date they post.
Receiving Your Bill, Customer Portal, & Paperless Billing
Your first bill will be mailed to the mailing address provided upon creating your account. Once you receive your bill, you can register your account online and enroll in paperless billing. The steps to enroll in these programs can be found online at MyClearwater.com or by using the links below.

Paying Your Utility Bill
There are several different ways to pay your utility bill. With direct debit, your utility bill is automatically paid from your bank account. There are no convenience fees associated with this service. Sign up at MyClearwater.com/DirectDebit.

Clearwater Gas System's team of professional gas technicians are committed to providing top-notch service and repair of most residential and commercial gas appliances. From repairing gas water heaters to lighting pilots, our service and repair team can assist you with ensuring that your gas appliances are operating at peak performance.

Consider setting up a donation to the We Care Fund, which assists customers who have encountered hardships that make paying for basic utilities a challenge. The program is administered through the Salvation Army.

Rates
 Gas rates include a minimum service charge to recover a portion of the fixed costs. Charges in addition to the minimum charge are based primarily on consumption. These rates are updated monthly to keep pace with current market rates.
