2024 Employee Health Fair is coming Friday, Sept.20!
Open to all city of Clearwater employees
Where:
- Ross Norton Recreation Center
- 1426 S. M.L.K. Jr. Ave.
When:
- Friday, Sept. 20
- 9 a.m-1:30 p.m.
At the health fair, attendees can:
- Get open enrollment assistance
- Learn about MotivateMe and Omada incentive programs
- Get free health screenings
- Sign up for a recreation center pass
- Receive a free massage
- Learn how to make Clearwater thrive
- Meet the vendors
- Participate in cardio drumming
- Play games and earn prizes
- Participate in United Way kick-off activities
Please note: Employees must be present at the health fair to receive the giveaway bags.
Open enrollment begins Friday, Sept. 20 and ends Friday, Oct. 11 at 5 p.m.

MotivateMe Department Challenge is On!
Have you completed your screenings? Last day to complete screenings for 2024 incentives is Oct. 31
In order to partake in the MotivateMe Department Challenge and to have your department be entered in to win, complete the following steps.
- Complete your MotivateMe Gatekeepers by Oct. 31.
- This includes your wellness screening AND the online health assessment found at MyCigna.com.
2.Encourage your co-workers to complete their screenings as well.
3. The top three departments with the most participation win a prize.*
*NOTE: Department winners will be based on participation percentage. Only employees that complete the gatekeepers will receive the reward. If you do not participate toward the department goal, you will not receive a reward.

Volunteer as a Lunch Pal
Mentors change the lives of thousands of Pinellas County students each week. Research has shown that mentoring helps improve their grades, attendance, behavior, social interactions with adults and outlook on school.
One-on-one mentoring sessions are designed to meet at least twice per month for 30 minutes on the student's lunch break.
Mentoring is an excellent way for individuals, businesses and community organizations to be impactful and transformative for students and schools who need support and additional caring adults. Please check out the wonderful mentoring opportunities Pinellas County Schools offer below.
