Clay County Extends Vaccine Partnership with Curative Inc.

GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla – Clay County Emergency Management and the Florida Department of Health in Clay County are continuing to partner with Curative Inc., a national testing and vaccine distributor providing walk-up Pfizer vaccinations at various pop-up locations throughout Clay County.

Anyone 12 years of age and older can receive the no-cost Pfizer vaccine. Those under 17 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present. Appointments will not be required, but you must show proof of Florida residency to qualify.

First and second dose vaccinations will be provided June 1 through July 3, 2021, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. at the following locations:

June 1^st and June 22^nd - Advent Lutheran, 2156 Lock Rane Blvd., Orange Park, Fl 32073
June 3^rd and June 24^th- Middleburg Food Bridge, 3925 Main Street, Middleburg, Fl 32068
June 4^th and June 25^th- Clay County Utility Authority, 3176 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, Fl 32068
June 5^th and June 26^th- Orange Park Clothes Closet, 1010 Fromhart Street, Orange Park, Fl 32073
June 7^th and June 28^th - Mission of the Dirt Road, 7790 State Road 100, Keystone Heights, Fl 32656
June 8^th and June 29^th – First Baptist Church of Orange Park, 1140 Kingsley Ave., Orange Park, Fl 32073
June 9^th and June 30^th – Omega Park, 4317 County Road 218, Middleburg, Fl 32068
June 10^th and July 1^st – First Baptist Church of Middleburg, 2645 Blanding Blvd., Middleburg, Fl 32068
