Clay County will be offering the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. Pre-Registration is required, walk-ups will not be allowed. Those eligible for the vaccine must be 18 years or older and be a Florida Resident.

Vaccination Times and Locations:

Thursday, April 15^th at the Shiloh Church – Orange Park, located at 939 Blanding Blvd from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Monday, April 19^th at the First Baptist Church of Keystone, located at 550 E. Walker Dr. from 9am to 3pm.
