The District of Columbia Board of Funeral Directors (“Board”) hereby gives notice of its upcoming meeting, pursuant to section 406 of the Open Meetings Act of 2010, effective January 19, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-350; D.C. Official Code § 2-576). The proposed agenda for each meeting will be posted on the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection’s website at www.dlcp.dc.gov and the Office of Open Government’s website at https://www.open-dc.gov/public-bodies/meetings, not less than forty-eight (48) hours before the meeting.

- Motion – Executive Session, which is closed to the public, in order to consult with our attorneys to seek legal advice; to discuss disciplinary matters; and to deliberate upon decisions in adjudication actions and proceedings, as provided by D.C. Code § 2-575(b)(4)(A), § 2-575(b)(9), and § 2-575(b)(13). We will resume the public portion of the meeting at the conclusion of the executive session.
