Enforcement Reminder – Union Station
The Department of For-Hire Vehicles (DFHV) is committed to protecting the safety of passengers, drivers, and visitors in the District. The following enforcement regulations at Union Station must be always followed:
-Taxicabs must use the designated pick-up and drop-off lanes located on the West side of Union Station.
-Taxicabs are prohibited from standing in front of Union Station when seeking trips.
-Drivers and operators are prohibited from leaving their vehicle to solicit rides inside of Union Station.
-Street hailing in front of Union Station is prohibited.
Non-compliance will result in fines, penalties, and or suspension or revocation of licenses and permits.
