Temporary Lane Closures for Tunnel Inspections on I-395 (Mall Tunnel) July 24 and July 31
(WASHINGTON, DC) — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close lanes on I-395 (Mall Tunnel) on Thursday, July 24 and Thursday, July 31.
The Mall Tunnel (1142) I-395 will close the northbound left lane, Thursday, July 24, and Thursday, July 31, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to complete this work.
Traffic controls will be in place to warn drivers approaching the areas. Motorists should anticipate lite-to-moderate delays due to the lane closures. Drivers are advised to stay alert while traveling through these locations and to be observant of the inspection personnel.
