Dear ProjectDox Customer,
The Department of Buildings' major upgrade to ProjectDox will be completed soon! Customers can look forward to a more stable experience, simpler and user-friendly navigation, and more self-help resources.
Because you currently have a project in the old system, you must complete the plan review of your project in approximately 60 days, or by August 18, 2025. You will need to restart your project in the upgraded ProjectDox system if it is not completed by that date.
