Traffic Advisory: DC PLUG Feeder 14702 Lane and Sidewalk Closures
(WASHINGTON, DC) — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) advises stakeholders to expect delays due to ongoing sidewalk closures for work related to the DC Power Line Undergrounding (DC PLUG) initiative.
Sidewalk and lane closures are listed below and take place on weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.:
Temporary northbound and southbound sidewalks and lane closures from the 1600 - 1800 blocks of 28th Street SE between Q Street and Texas Avenue SE from April 14, 2025 to April 31, 2025.
This work is necessary to complete the DC PLUG initiative’s Feeder 14702 project which consists of under-grounding power lines for a more resilient DC.
