The Department of Buildings will be performing vital maintenance and system upgrades between Friday, February 14, 2025, at 6:00 PM and Monday, February 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
During this time, critical DOB systems that you access, such as the Permit Wizard, inspection scheduling, Tertius, and plan review (ProjectDox), may be unavailable.
Separately, please note that Accela Citizen Access (ACA) will remain inaccessible from Friday, February 14, 2025, at 6:00 PM until Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 8:30 AM, at which point users may log in and use the ACA platform.
