Phil Meadows|Chief Performance Officer
Phil Meadows joins DLCP as the Chief Performance Officer in the Office of the Director. Phil brings more than a decade of experience supporting the public sector with financial and performance management, data analytics and governance, and business process reengineering. Throughout his career in the District, he has supported multiple agencies, including the Department of Aging and Community Living (DACL) and the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO). Prior to joining the District, Phil worked as a consultant, providing his expertise in financial and data management to federal agencies.
