Temporary Lane Closures in Multiple Locations For Bridge and Tunnel Inspections

(WASHINGTON, DC) — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close lanes on the following roadways for bridge and tunnel inspections:

E Street Expressway (1209) Sunday, westbound right lane then switching to left lane on June 4^th, from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am

Mall Tunnel (1142) two left lane closure and then right lane closures on Monday, southbound June 5^th, from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am

Thomas Circle Tunnel (99) Underpass Massachusetts Ave NW westbound closure on Tuesday, June 6^th, from 8:00 pm to 4:30am

Dupont Circle Tunnel (101) Underpass Connecticut Ave NW northbound closure on Wednesday, June 7^th, from 8:00 pm to 4:30am

Washington Circle Tunnel (102) Underpass K St NW westbound closure on Thursday, June 8^th, from 8:00 pm to 4:30am

E Street Expressway (1209) Sunday, eastbound right lane then switching to left lane on June 11^th, from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am

Thomas Circle Tunnel (99) Underpass Massachusetts Ave NW eastbound closure on Monday, June 12^th, from 8:00 pm to 4:30am

Dupont Circle Tunnel (101) Underpass Connecticut Ave NW southbound closure on Tuesday, June 13^th, from 8:00 pm to 4:30am

Washington Circle Tunnel (102) Underpass K St NW eastbound closure on Wednesday, June 14^th, from 8:00 pm to 4:30am

Scott Circle (one hundred) Tunnel Underpass 16^th St northbound closure on Thursday June 15^th, from 8:00 pm to 4:30am

Traffic controls will be in place to warn drivers approaching the areas. Motorists should anticipate light-to-moderate delays due to the lane closures. Drivers are advised to stay alert while traveling through these locations and to be observant of the inspection personnel.
