Temporary Lane Closures on I-395 Francis Case Memorial Bridge for Sign Work on January 10 and 11, 2023
(WASHINGTON, DC) — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will temporarily close two middle lanes on the Northbound side of I395 Francis Case Memorial Bridge for VMS sign retrofitting work on January 10 and 11, 2023 weather permitting.
Closing two middle lanes at the Northbound side of I395 Francis Case Memorial Bridge on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, and Wednesday, January 11, 2023, between 09:30 pm and 3:30 am, weather permitting. There will be no changes to the pedestrian walkway.
Traffic controls will be in place to warn drivers approaching the tunnel. Motorists should anticipate moderate-to-heavy delays due to lane closures. Drivers are advised to stay alert and observe the working crew personnel while traveling through these locations.
