REMINDER: Training Schedule for New DDA Case Management System, January 12 & 19

The new DDA case management system went into effect on January 1, 2022. As a reminder, users may continue to access any information for activities that occurred prior to January 1, 2022, using the old MCIS. To make this more user-friendly, we have included a link at the top of each page in the new system (see image below).

Please log in to the new system with your usual credentials at the following: https://dda.dc.gov/DDA/.

If you are unable to upload documents in the new system, please use the following link to access the system via Internet Explorer in compatibility mode:
https://dda.dc.gov/mcis/log_main.asp
