Dear Quickbase User,
To ensure a more secure login process, beginning TONIGHT at 8pm, Quickbase will be updated to implement Single Sign On authentication via SecureAuth for DC Government and DCPS users.
The conversion is instantaneous, and downtime is expected to be minimal, approximately 10 minutes. If you are logged in prior to the conversion, your session will not be disrupted but the next time you login, you will need to follow the new login process.
New Login Process: (User Guide Attached)
- Go to octo.quickbase.com
- Do you have an octoSAML corporate username and password?
- DC Government and DCPS users > Select Yes
- Non-dc.gov users > Select No
- DC Government and DCPS users log in with your dc.gov or k12.dc.gov email address and password
- Non-dc.gov users > Login as usual
