Ihuoma

Chidi Ihuoma

Program Support Specialist | Corporations

Chidi Ihuoma joins DCRA following his roles with CORE DC and House of Angels. Chidi served as an Operations Manager with CORE DC, a short-term family housing facility and worked as a Project Manager for House Of Angels LLC, a community residence facility. Earlier in his career he honed his customer service skills working as a Call Center Specialist at Andrews Air Force Base.

Chidi is a native of Washington DC, and earned a Master of Science degree in Project Management at the University of Maryland University College. Previously, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Wesleyan College, a liberal arts institution in Rocky Mount, NC. When not working, he enjoys walks in nature, trading on the Foreign Exchange Market, and playing basketball.


McGinnis

Lamont McGinnis

Paralegal  | Legislative Affairs

Lamont McGinnis comes to DCRA with strong experience as a paralegal with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Office of Civil Rights. Prior to that, he was an editor at a top Maryland-based insurance law firm. Lamont has a passion for using words and data to make positive impacts on people’s lives.

Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, he went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Delaware State University. He is currently a candidate for a Master of Public Administration degree at the University of Baltimore. He enjoys being active and daily yoga sessions. He also likes to write and dedicates time to the daily hustle of building a small marketing and branding business.


Foyem Ngatchop

Ludovic Foyem Ngatchop

Intern | Permit Operations Division

Ludovic Foyem Ngatchop joins DCRA with great experience working for construction firms, ranging in size from small to large. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of roles including as a Construction Field Engineer and Assistant Project Manager.

Originally from Cameroon, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Ludovic relocated to the District of Columbia. Once here, he attended Montgomery College and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Construction Management and construction trade certifications. In his spare time, Ludovic enjoys spending time with family, traveling, camping and television.


Railey

Carlos Railey

Intern | Office of Information Services

Carlos Railey brings valuable experience to his role with the DCRA help desk. Previously, he served as a System Support Specialist and a Technical Support Engineer in the education sector. Earlier in his career, he was also a Network Operations Center Technician supporting the US military.

Originally from Virginia, Carlos relocated to Rocky Mount, NC and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from North Carolina Wesleyan College.


New Headshots for Staff

During the pandemic, DCRA experienced many changes. Among them is the addition of new members to the team, and those who have stepped into new roles.

To ensure that we are presenting our team in the best possible light, we are offering the opportunity for team members to be photographed, ensuring that we have a recent professional photograph of you available for when the needs arises to talk about your work.

Appointments are now available semi-weekly on Tuesday afternoons for all staff.

Establishing Your Identity | Setting Up Your Computers and Mobile Devices

It is important to be clear as to our roles when interacting with our customers.  Additionally, our email signature establishes and reinforces who we are as an agency. By creating a cohesive email signature for each employee, we’ve created brand recognition in every email we send.

Please follow the steps to set up your email signature in the Setting Up Your Computers and Mobile Devices Guide.

Additionally, staff should upload their headshot as their profile picture in all DCRA and District Government portals and systems such as PeopleSoft, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365, Outlook, etc. If you require assistance uploading your photo, please reach out to the Office of Information Systems (OIS) Helpdesk at helpdesk4@dc.gov.
