JOB SUMMARY:

This position is located in the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), Office of External Affairs, Policy and Legislative Affairs Division (PLAD).

The incumbent serves an advisor to the Chief of External Affairs, the DDOT Director, and other DDOT and D.C. Government officials in the formulation, development and execution of matters pertaining to the complex legislative and policy issues of the agency.

REQUIREMENTS:

Individual must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 11 level. Specialized experience is experience which is directly related to the position and has equipped the person with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

Job Summary:

D.C. Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) is evolving as a national leader in child protection, foster care and adoptive services. We are looking for a Program Specialist to support the oversight of CFSA contracts assigned to CMD through management of evaluation systems, improving the efficiency and productivity of the division.

Requirements:

Comprehensive knowledge of statistical data collection techniques, analyses, and sampling methodologies.  Skills in analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, systematic issues, and capacity strengths.

Comprehensive knowledge of and understanding of program operations within the Child and Family Services Agency sufficient to analyze and evaluate program effectiveness as it relates to the administration of program requirements.
