  • Minimum three (3) years of work experience in programming in a library, educational institution, community non-profit, or early literacy organization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of theories, objectives, principles and techniques of teen learning and/or teen interest.
  • Familiarity with thinking-based approaches to addressing community problems.
