Mandatory Training
Third Party Program Procedure Manual
In order to familiarize the Third Party Agencies with the updated Third Party Manual, DCRA is holding a mandatory training for Third Party Inspection and Plan Review Agencies. All Third Party Inspection and Plan Review Agencies will be required to have a representative in attendance at one of these training sessions. These representatives will be responsible for informing the staff of the Third Party Agency about the requirements of the Third Party Program Procedure Manual.
The training will be held on the following dates:
Tuesday, January 9, 2018; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Thursday, January 11, 2018; 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
DCRA’s Third Party Program will hold regular training sessions, beginning in 2018, in January, April, July, and October. These future training sessions will cover Third Party Program updates, code training, common inspection, plan review deficiencies, and other topics as needed. Third Party Agencies are invited to attend the training sessions offered by the National Capital Region Building Code Academy (NCRBCA), so please be on the lookout for future training opportunities.
