New DCRA Zoning Forms
Updated to Accommodate ZR16 Regulations
The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) is updating zoning forms to reflect the transition to the new zoning regulations (ZR16) taking effect beginning September 6, 2016.
The following forms received minor technical changes primarily to reflect new zoning citations and formatting improvements:
Additionally, the Eating Establishment Questionnaire form underwent greater substantive change to reflect new criteria found in the altered definition of “Fast Food Restaurant” adopted in ZR16 (11 DCMR B-100.2).
It was also determined that the existing Roof Structure Data Sheet was no longer needed and has been discontinued.
Please provide any feedback on the latest changes by no later than September 30, 2016. In the meantime, DCRA will upload these new forms to the DCRA website for use beginning September 6th.
Lastly, please be on the lookout for additional DCRA communications concerning updated ZR16 forms.
