Courage to Run 5K

Here at YGL, we support the beginnings of other grassroots organizations wanting to make a difference.  Courage to Run is a nonpartisan 5K run and walk that celebrates the rising wave of women getting civically involved and running for office.  This inaugural race will take place at the Historic Congressional Cemetery in Washington, D.C.  Those residing outside the District can also participate virtually.  For more information about the race, check out their website.

2018 Mentoring Kick-Off

2018 Mentoring Kick-Off Was a Success

The 2018 Young Government Leaders (YGL) and Senior Executives Association (SEA) Mentoring Program is in full gear!  Two weeks ago, YGL hosted the kick-off event, which was attended by some of the Federal government's best and brightest.  This year's cohort has more than two dozen pairings of mentors and protegés.  Congratulations to the protegés and thank you again to our partners at SEA for volunteering their time.
