A Penny for Your Thoughts?
YGL is about members helping each other and sharing information. We want to understand what you need out of an online community of fellow young leaders in government, so we've put together a short survey -- only 5 questions. We'll use your responses to guide how we use social media and how we can help members communicate directly. Take the survey.
Join Young Government Leaders as we present the Art of Interviewing. Learn tips, tricks and techniques to nail your job interview from the Federal governments' top Senior Leaders and hiring managers.

2018 Mentoring Kick-Off Was a Success
The 2018 Young Government Leaders (YGL) and Senior Executives Association (SEA) Mentoring Program is in full gear! Two weeks ago, YGL hosted the kick-off event, which was attended by some of the Federal government's best and brightest. This year's cohort has more than two dozen pairings of mentors and protegés. Congratulations to the protegés and thank you again to our partners at SEA for volunteering their time.
