We assist Weld County residents age 60 and older, as well as adults 18 and over living with disabilities. Our team is available to help connect you with local programs and services, offer reliable information and point you in the right direction, based on your unique needs.
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or just have a few questions, we’re here to listen and help. Call us at the ADRC Information & Assistance Line at (970) 400-6952 to talk with someone who can help you find the support you need.
