Summer Concert Series returns to Downtown Superior on June 15
Gather with friends and neighbors for live music, food trucks and fun on select Saturday evenings from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m. at Superior Commons Amphitheater, 2130 Creek View Way, Downtown Superior.
Food & Beverages: Food trucks will be on-site selling tasty bites. Beer, wine and seltzers will be available for purchase for attendees ages 21 and older. (Bringing and consuming outside alcohol is prohibited.)
Parking: Parking at the amphitheater is limited; please plan to bike, walk or carpool. Additional parking is available at Downtown Superior parking structures.
Weather: The event will proceed at this location, rain or shine unless there are severe weather warnings for the area. If lightning occurs within a seven-mile radius, the event will be delayed by 30 minutes after each reported strike. Cancellations will be announced at SuperiorColorado.gov/Events by 3 p.m.

Join the Leafcutter Bee Installation Project and help our pollinators thrive!
Join us on June 15 for a fun and educational volunteer project focused on our local Leafcutter Bee pollinators. Hosted by Vargas Property Services, volunteers will help collect reeds for habitat building, paint and prepare pollinator capsules and prepare the local habitat for pollinator installation. Pools offer events & activities to cool off and have fun
Group Swim Lessons Session 2 starts June 17 Registration is open for group swim lessons at the North and South pools. Dive in and register today! Private swim lessons information.
Flick & Float: Under The Boardwalk Friday, June 21 North Pool (1650 S Indiana Street) Film starts at 8 p.m. You bring the floaties and swim gear, and we’ll bring the big screen. Register.
Family Swim Nights Thursdays, June 27, July 11, July 25 South Pool (3300 Huron Peak Ave.) 5 to 8 p.m. Each night features a unique theme, food trucks and fun family activities.
Teen Movie Night at the Pool Thursday, July 18 North Pool (1650 S Indiana Street) 8 to 10:30 p.m. Popcorn and snacks with plenty of adult supervision to ensure a safe and fun environment. Register here.
Upcoming Pool Closures Rock Creek Flyers will host swim meets at the North Pool on June 15, June 29, June 25, July 10 and 17. The North Pool's open swim hours will be modified, the South Pool will remain open. Visit SuperiorColorado.gov/Pools for pool schedules, closure alerts and more.

Celebrate International Day of Yoga on June 21
You're invited to the International Day of Yoga Celebration at Downtown Superior Plaza, 2250 Main Street, on Friday, June 21! Hosted by Halcyon Mind+Body in partnership with the Town of Superior; this event is free and open to all.
Enjoy music, Earth Candy Bowls food truck, relaxing soundbath/meditation, chair massages, refreshing mini-facials and live entertainment!

Commute with a smile this Bike to Work Day, June 26

Historical Commission invites the community to the museum rebuilding celebration event June 29
Come together with the community on Saturday, June 29 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. to celebrate the completed rebuild of the Superior Historical Museum that was lost in the Marshall Fire. Join us to hear from Mayor Mark Lacis, Town staff, and the Historical Commission as they share the museum's incredible journey and its importance to the community.
There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony, museum tour, music, and delicious food truck bites available for purchase. The museum is located at Asti Park, 101 W. Coal Creek Drive, Superior.

Examples could include organizing a neighborhood get-together, hosting a local concert, arranging a group fitness class, hosting an outdoor movie, conducting workshops, or improving the neighborhood with enhancements such as murals, planting, weeding, or adding a bench.

Celebrate Independence Day at Superior's fun-filled 4th of July Celebration!

Community Parade: 8:30 a.m. Rock Creek Parkway Don't miss this spirited procession of floats, marching bands and cheerful participants. Register by June 16.
Pancake Festival: 9 a.m. to noon Community Park (1350 Coalton Road) Free pancakes, JAMMIN’ DJ, carnival-themed games, local vendors, bouncy houses and a slip ‘n’ slide! Interested in participating as a vendor? Register by June 26.
Kickball Championship Game: 11 a.m. Community Park (1350 Coalton Road) The top two teams from the tournament compete for the Superior Town Trophy! Register by June 21.
Community Center BBQ: noon to 3 p.m. Superior Community Center (1500 Coalton Road) Head over to the Superior Community Center for live music by the Johnny O Band, delicious eats and treats.
Advisory Committees offer residents opportunities to share ideas and talents
Superior needs you! Share your time and talents and make an impact on your community by volunteering for an Advisory Committee.
These committees, commissions and councils work towards solving problems, researching possibilities and suggesting improvements for our Town. Many members' terms end in July and a number of openings are available. Click the links below to learn more about each group and apply.

If you're 60 or older and looking for ways to stay active, healthy and engaged, then Superior Seniors is for you! Superior Seniors offers something for every interest, including weekly and monthly drop-in activities, plus special interest groups and programs. Caregivers are welcome, too!
