Community Open Forum Added for RMMA Airport Director Recruitment Input
 The search for the next airport director is underway. Jefferson County has engaged ADK Consulting and Search, an industry leader in executive recruiting, to lead the recruitment process. Prior to advertising for the position, ADK will be meeting with airport stakeholders in the coming week to gain feedback towards the recruitment brochure.
ADK will now be hosting two forums:

Airport Tenant Forum: Feb. 26, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Community Open Forum: Feb. 27, 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Both forums will be held in the Mt. Evans Room of the RMMA Terminal (11755 Airport Way, Broomfield, CO). After a brief presentation about the recruitment process, ADK will be seeking feedback about what qualities are most important for the new airport director.
There will be other opportunities for input as the recruitment process proceeds. After the posting of the recruitment brochure, the selection and hiring process is estimated to take approximately three months.
