Who owns the street?

While the Town of Superior owns and maintains (street sweeping, road repairs, snow removal, etc.) most of the streets within Town limits, several streets are owned and maintained by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) or are privately maintained. Check out the Road Ownership map to get an idea of which streets belong to whom.

If you need to report damage or non-emergency concerns, please contact the corresponding agency:

• Town of Superior -- Use the Superior Click & Fix App
• Colorado Department of Transportation -- Use the CDOT Highway Maintenance website
• Downtown Superior streets marked as private on the map -- Email cm@sdmsi.com
• Other Private Streets – These properties are the responsibility of a homeowners association, commercial property owner or other entity. Contact the respective agency or property management company.
