Second phase of Coalton Road and Indiana Street construction work begins Aug. 22
One lane of Indiana Street will reopen on Tuesday, Aug. 22 as the Coalton Road and Indiana Street improvement project moves into its second phase.
The northbound lane of Indiana Street will be closed with the southbound lane open to one-way traffic as shown in the map below. This partial lane closure will be in effect until Sept. 2.

Detour routes along McCaslin Boulevard and North Torreys Peak Drive will remain in place during this second phase. The detours route local traffic around the construction.
Generally, this construction project is meant to address asphalt cracks and distress near the Mountain View Fire Rescue Station No. 5.
