Coyote Ridge Open Space Master Plan process seeks resident feedback
Your input is needed! The Town is in the process of developing a master plan for the Coyote Ridge Open Space. If you'd like to see future accessibility improvements or different management practices, here are two more opportunities to voice them:
First, visit our Coyote Ridge booth at the Chili and Beer Fest on Sept. 9 from 2 to 6 p.m. in Community Park (1350 Coalton Road). Here, you will have the chance to speak directly with open space organizers in a casual setting.
Second, the Town will have an open house during the Open Space Advisory Committee meeting on Sept. 13 starting at 6 p.m. in Town Hall (124 E Coal Creek Drive). At this meeting, we will go over the results of the now completed community survey and residents will have an opportunity to provide input on the future of Coyote Ridge.

What is the Coyote Ridge Open Space?
The Coyote Ridge Open Space is a short-grass prairie natural area spanning over 300 acres at the southern edge of the Town of Superior. The Town is in the process of creating a master plan for Coyote Ridge that would determine its future management. The open space will remain a passive open space with trails, restoration areas and minimal improvements.
