RTD to Expand Service Within Downtown Superior Starting Sunday, August 21
The Town of Superior and the Regional Transportation District (RTD) have coordinated the addition of a new bus stop that will accommodate transit riders visiting and living in Downtown Superior, the major mixed-use development in the heart of Superior. The new stop will expand service for Route 228, which connects Louisville, Superior, and Broomfield and includes service to the U.S. 36 & McCaslin and Flatiron Stations.

The new stop is located next to the roundabout at the intersection of Main Street and Gateway Drive. This new bus stop will redirect the Route 228 bus service, which runs along McCaslin Boulevard, onto the development’s Main Street to provide a safer, more convenient transit stop for community members who may live, work or visit the downtown development. This stop will be accessible beginning Sunday, August 21.
