Welcome to the First Sustainability E-Newsletter!
Following the recent adoption of the Town of Superior Sustainability Action Plan, the Advisory Committee for Environmental Sustainability (ACES) and Town staff are excited to share monthly updates on Superior sustainability efforts, as well as sustainability and climate news and resources.
The impacts of climate change are no longer a future likelihood, but something Superior residents are experiencing firsthand. By taking bold action and committing to ambitious climate and sustainability goals, the work being done in Superior will reduce our community’s impact on climate change, increase community resilience, invest in a greener economy, and ensure an equitable opportunity to thrive for all residents.
This newsletter will help keep you updated on the work being done to achieve these goals, and provide you with resources to live a more sustainable life. We are thrilled to connect with you and look forward to sharing our work.
Sincerely,
Mike Foster, ACES Chair Alyssa Vogan, Town Sustainability Analyst
