Community Flu Clinic

Get a FREE flu shot Sunday, October 24, 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Superior Community Center (1500 Coalton Road, Superior, CO 80027). Shots will be administered by the Pharmacy Team from your neighborhood Safeway store.

• Sign up today to protect you and your family from the flu
• Please wear loose fitting clothing for easier access to your upper arm
• Please bring both medical and prescription insurance card
• Each participant will receive a 10% off grocery coupon to Safeway
  - Up to $200 limit; nice to have around the Holidays
