Local Vaccination Distribution Information

Vaccine distribution is being administered locally at two Centura Health locations: Avista Adventist Hospital (100 Health Park Dr, Louisville, CO 80027) and Church Ranch Neighborhood Health Center (7233 Church Ranch Blvd, Westminster, CO 80021). This distribution follows the State of Colorado phased approach which can be viewed at: https://covid19.colorado.gov/for-coloradans/vaccine/vaccine-for-coloradans

Colorado residents are now able to sign up for vaccine notifications through Centura Health. These notifications will inform you of updates and scheduling information if the vaccine becomes available to you. You are not required to sign up in order to receive the vaccine.

Residents are also able to sign up for notifications through other health providers in the area in order to find the first available or most convenient vaccination location. Boulder County Public Health has provided a summary of vaccination locations on their website:
