Please see the attached Notice of Adoption regarding the Colorado UCC Filing Office Rules (8 CCR 1505-7). A copy of the notice, including a statement of basis and purpose and the amended rules, is available online at http://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/rule_making/rules.html#PROPOSED. The adopted rules will become permanently effective 20 days after publication in the Colorado Register.
