Update to Colorado UCC Filing Database

We successfully restored approximately 1,200 previously removed records to our UCC database.
Due to a glitch in our old UCC system, these records incorrectly appeared to be expired for more than two years, so they were withdrawn from the system during our cleanup. The records now appear in debtor name and filing number search results. But some records cannot be amended or continued until their lapse dates are updated.
We restored the records before updating their lapse dates to improve the accuracy of search results. We are continuing to correct the lapse dates for these records and plan to complete the update before August 10, 2012.
