Notice of Temporary and Permanent Adoption - Colorado Charitable Solicitations Rules

Good afternoon,
Please see the attached Notice of Temporary and Permanent Adoption for the Colorado Rules for the Administration of the Colorado Charitable Solicitations Act (8 CCR 1505-9). The notice includes the adopted rules, a statement of basis, and statement of justification.
These new and amended rules will become temporarily effective on October 1, 2018. The rules will become permanently effective twenty days after publication in the Colorado Register.
