A great way to prepare for ski and ride season, with no impact to your joints!
Want to try dancing with your little one? This class introduces music, movement, balance, and basic dance steps in a fun, friendly way, and includes mom, dad, or another loved one along with the little dancer.
|
Take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
 Learn the Thriller Dance
On Saturday, October 31, head to the Silverthorne Recreation Center gymnasium from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. to learn the Thriller Dance! All ages are welcome, and costumes are encouraged. Free with membership or included with daily admission.
