Studios Available at the Art Spot
The Silverthorne Art Board is pleased to announce the availability of three studios for rent at the Silverthorne Art Spot Makerspace. The private rooms are offered for artists and businesses to be located within the Art Spot at subsidized rental rates. This effort supports the local creative community by offering spaces for local artists and businesses to grow their practices and collaborate with others. The Art Spot has become a creative community hub resulting in shared visibility for artists and is continuing to bring art into Silverthorne’s downtown.
Qualified tenants include artists and businesses offering services or attractions related to the creative arts and/or businesses serving artists in the community. Rental spaces can accommodate a variety of uses such as private artist studios, artist production space, creative sector business offices, drink and/or food concessions, and other uses that complement the Art Spot mission.
