August First Friday Block Party at Fourth Street Crossing
Join the Town of Silverthorne for a community Block Party at Fourth Street Crossing on Friday, August 5 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event will start at 4th Street by The Art Spot (the old fire station) and extend to Bluebird Market and Angry James. 4th Street will be closed between HWY 9 and Adams Avenue for the event.
Listen to a variety of local bands across four stages plus additional musicians located throughout the block party, peruse wares from local artists, participate in artful crafts for both kids and adults, and check out the new mural created by artist Kerry Cesen at The Art Spot, an artist makerspace opening in 2023.
In addition to The Art Spot mural, don't miss the installation of five new storm drain murals in the Fourth Street Crossing area, created by local artists Sandi Bruns, Harry Studer, Brice Wick, Melissa Andrews and Nancy Branca. See where the storm drain murals are located here.
Food will be available for purchase from Eclectic Bar and Grill, Kúcu Tequila Bistro and Bluebird Market Hall. During the First Friday event, patrons may purchase alcoholic beverages from participating businesses and walk around freely within the event boundary with their beverage. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at:
