The Silverthorne Recreation Center has updated its program cancellation policy. Program cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance of program start to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than seven days prior to program start are subject to Program Coordinator’s approval. Coordinator will assess class minimums, staffing and supplies to determine if a late cancellation can be made. If a late cancellation is granted, an administration fee of at least 25% will be assessed.
Cancellations requested after a program has started are also subject to Coordinator approval. Participants must contact the Coordinator as soon as possible, and no later than after two classes are missed. Refunds, if granted, will be prorated with an additional 25% administrative fee of total class cost.
Cancellations due to injury or illness will be given prorated refunds upon request. Refund requests due to injury or illness must be made within fourteen days of last class. This includes refunds requested due to COVID-19 related reasons.
