Spend July First Friday with The Expendables! Head to Rainbow Park in Silverthorne on Friday, July 1 for a free concert from 6 to 9 p.m. Listen to The Altons kick things off at 6 p.m. then enjoy the surf-rock sounds of The Expendables starting at 7:15 p.m. 

Plus, enjoy tons of free kids activities including a climbing wall, obstacle course, slides, football toss, crafts and more. Food will be available for purchase from Fritangas, Colorado Marketplace and Bakery, Melody's Food Cart, La Perla and The Good Stuff. Bar will be available. 

First Friday Tips

  • Walk, ride your bike, carpool or take the free Summit Stage to First Friday as parking is limited.
  • Bring your reusable First Friday cup for $1 off beer or wine. 
  • Drink responsibly and designate a sober driver.
  • No outside alcohol is permitted at First Friday events.

Fourth of July Celebration with the National Repertory Orchestra

Celebrate our nation’s independence on Monday, July 4 from 10 a.m. to noon at Rainbow Park with a free patriotic concert from the National Repertory Orchestra and family-friendly activities, including an instrument petting zoo. 

Food will be available for purchase from the Colorado Marketplace and Bakery and a bar will be open. Please bring your own blanket or chair for lawn seating.

Sunday, July 17 and Sunday, August 21

Enjoy a stroll along the Blue River Trail from noon to 3 p.m., a perfect time to gather with neighbors and friends. Experience pop-up artists and musicians while taking in the sounds and sights of the Blue River. The Silverthorne Art Strolls are walking events located along the Blue River Trail between the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center and the underpass by Chipotle.


National Repertory Orchestra Concert

Enjoy a free evening concert with the National Repertory Orchestra's alumni string quartet on the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center outdoor stage from 5 to 6 p.m. Please bring your own blanket or chair for lawn seating.
