New Disability Identifier Symbol
myColorado has released the disability identifier symbol, which informs first responders that a driver or routine passenger has a disability without having to communicate it. If you are an eligible Coloradan, visit a local motor vehicle office to include the disability identifier on your driver license, state-issued ID and registration cards. Once added, your Colorado Digital ID will automatically update with the new disability identifier.

Customer Support
Top three questions from myColorado users this month:
Q: How do I update the phone number I used to create my account?
A: To update your phone number, please contact myColorado Customer Support so we may process the change.
Q: How do I get my verification code when I log in?
A: This may be caused by a temporary system issue. Please try to log in more than once. If you still don't receive your code, you may need to update your phone number or email address, or you may have more than one myColorado account using this information. Please contact myColorado Customer Support so we can help resolve it.
Q: Can I get assistance with passing the selfie verification?
A: Try to match the facial expression on your driver license or state-issued ID as closely as possible. You may have to try a few times. Hold the phone about two feet from your face and remove glasses, jewelry, hats or anything that may obstruct your face. Take your selfie against a white or light-colored background in a well-lit room. If all else fails, contact myColorado Customer Support and we can walk you through the process.
